Meet Christina.
Hi, I’m Christina Adams, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor providing virtual therapy to teens and adults throughout North Carolina.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where you can feel heard, explore what is weighing on you, and develop practical tools for moving forward.
My approach is flexible and tailored to your individual needs, drawing from evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. For clients who desire it, faith can also be thoughtfully incorporated into the therapeutic process.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, workplace stress, a life transition, or difficult religious experiences, you do not have to work through it alone.
Beyond my credentials, I’m a wife and part of a blended family that includes two teenagers and a college student. A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I remain an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan—GO BIRDS! I enjoy traveling, singing, and spending quality time with family. As a proud HBCU graduate—Go Pirates!—I’m deeply passionate about bridging gaps in access to mental health care for marginalized communities. These values and lived experiences shape how I show up—with warmth, authenticity, cultural humility, and respect for the whole person. My goal is for therapy to feel grounded, practical, and genuinely human.
